Code for Sustainable Buildings

Following the launch of the Code for Sustainable Homes, suggestions for a Code for non-domestic building were proposed by the UK Green Building Council in March 2009.
The proposals are intended to represent a shared vision between Government and the industry and cover all new and existing non-domestic buildings in the UK. They assume that non-domestic buildings will be required to be zero carbon by 2019.
